Order Acceptance
The Custom Wagon Service reserves the right to refuse to produce custom products that the company deems unacceptable. This includes but is not limited to rude language, sexism, racism, anything offensive against any legally protected characteristics, or anything that may bring either The Custom Wagon Service, Rapido Trains UK or The Wagon Yard into disrepute. In these instances no refund will be offered and the order will not be fulfilled.
Ownership of Designs
With the submission of your order, you consent to the Custom Wagon Service owning the design that you have requested. You may not re-produce our designs.
We will not make your design public, or offer to sell your design to others unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so. This permission appears on the checkout page and consists of 2 options, use to publicly display your wagon on our website, and use to sell your design to others if we wish to do so. No payment of any sort is offered for these. If you wish to change your mind after the order please email us at support@customwagons.co.uk
Pricing
All our product prices are listed on the website and are inclusive of UK VAT. For international customers VAT is not included in the price, and will be charged by the customs of the receiving country, alongside any customs, duties & tariffs. From time to time it may be subject to change and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Any orders being processed during any change period will be honoured at the original rate.
Lead Times
Please be understanding that the products we sell are commission works. We aim for lead times of approximately 4 weeks to produce and ship the items to you.
Shipping
All orders within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Items are thoroughly packaged in sturdy boxes and padded where required to best prevent any damage during transport. Should you receive your items damaged please contact us via our contact for or email us at support@customwagons.co.uk so we can issue a replacement or repair.
Cancellations and Returns
The Custom Wagon Service produces one off commission wagons as per your requests when you purchase from us. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations outside of the 48 hour cooling off window which starts at the the the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order and are within the 48 hour window from when you placed your order please email support@customwagons.co.uk and we will offer a 100% refund. Any requests beyond the 48 hour window from when you placed your order are at the discretion of the Custom Wagon Service.
Personal Information
We take keeping your personal information secure very seriously. When using our website and placing an order your personal information (including email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses) will be held on secure servers.

Intellectual Property Rights
All products remain the intellectual property of Rapido Trains Ltd, who operate the Custom Wagon Service.
Other
Occasionally we may need to make changes to our Terms & Conditions, website, price structure, services or any other item. We reserve the right to make these changes whenever required and without prior notice. Any changes we make will not affect outstanding orders.
